Queen Posters - The Magic Tour

Queen’s Last Tour – The Magic Tour

Fans of the legendary rock band Queen will love our collection of Queen's last performances from The Magic Tour of summer of 1986. Decorate the walls of your home with iconic photographs of Freddie Mercury wearing his famous yellow leather jacket, or timeless black and white shots of the entire band. All the photos in our Queen collection were taken during their last appearance as a whole band. Queen was one of the greatest live bands of all time, and has retained its appeal long after the death of Freddie Mercury from AIDS in 1991 in a way that few other bands have.

Unique Freddie Mercury & Queen live posters

The Magic Tour is probably one of the world's most legendary shows and also Queen's last tour with singer Freddie Mercury and their bassist John Deacon. The show had a total of 26 performances and Stockholm was actually the first city to see The Magic Tour. The tour kicked off on June 7, 1986 and had its last day on August 9 of the same year. The pictures taken from this tour have become immortalized. There is something about this being Queen's very last tour as a complete group. Bassist John Deacon later retired and, as we know, Freddie Mercury became increasingly ill.

The Magic Tour was incredibly loved by those who saw it, they included all the best songs such as Seven Seas of Rhye, Another One Bites the Dust, I want to break free and of course Bohemian Rhapsody. Although it's been almost 30 years since Freddie Mercury died, the music lives on. The band's music was unlike anything you've heard before. And of course, Freddie's unique and powerful voice and (personality) had a lot to do with that.

Now you have the chance to decorate your walls with Freddie Mercury and Queen posters from this legendary tour.

FREDDIE MERCURY

”One year of love is better than a lifetime alone”

Queen was formed in London in 1970 by Freddie Mercury, guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor. Although bassist John Deacon was the band’s most famous bassist, he wasn’t actually the first. And although Queen was only a band for 16 years, they managed to become one of the world's biggest live bands. In their active years, they sold between 170 and 300 million records, which makes the band one of the world's best-selling artists in history.
